Our aluminum adapters have superior performances than plastic ones, such as high heat resistance, high impact strength and most durable.

Our production starts from precision extrusion with 6000 series Aluminum Alloy, then undergo punching, stamping and forming processes. Following with anodizing surface treatment and complicated assembly processes, we will have a high quality and durable ‘Aluminum Adapter for Hard Hat’.

In addition to head protection with hard hats, PC visors or wire mesh face shields can also be attached to the adapters to provide full protection for the faces and eyes of workers.

We provide various kinds of aluminum brackets to the market and mainly can be divided into two categories, i.e. Cap Style and Full Brim, based on the shapes of customers’ hard hats. Depending on customer needs, we can also provide aluminum adapters in various colors, e.g., Silver, Black, Blue and Golden, etc.
